What keeps you awake? Some people say redbull, coke, coffee and berroca.As for me, one down three to go.I tried redbull and it had no effect at me at all! as in not all, i felt normal infact i felt kinda more sleepy.Today i bought coke-zero.I hope it works, maybe it wouldnt because they isnt any caloreis and sugar neither does it have any fats.I feel so sleepy when it past 10.If coke doesnt work.I'll get coffee tomorrow.

I am kinda glad i did a pb and made it to the finals for me appearing the mondays straits times, but im kinda sad i screwd up the finals, not gonna talk bout it at all.Gonna train later and race again this weekend and go hardcore straight into national schools.

Met brownie in the morning, she just walked away and didnt utter a single word sitting beside me, blame her earpiece.
Rugby today was kinda fun but painful.We were training as usual in the field when suddenly its started to pour cats and dogs.
We then went to the hall to train, HALL!? yeah hall, its hard ground.We enjoyed training, i got bruises all over and cut on my left knee.
We are expected to play SP this friday.Then invictus movie on saturday with the rugby boys and after that going to art friend to get some mulberry paper if they have.
Im racing on saturday and sunday! so ive got to rush from orchard all the way bck to gombak, im kinda looking forward for my 100m race as im confident of doing a PB.As for the 200m, im not sure, ive shut down on how to run the 200, hopefully i cld just whack all out, i dun mind dying after the race.
Studies are so-so la, doing manage ably well for SS, dnt and eng?As for chem, thers still a long way to go, ive just started tuition last week, its v confusing, gt alot to catch up.Bio is ok, just got do some notes like how my lover thought me:)
I wont elaborate on maths, just hate the teacher man.
And lastly, i just want to tell u that i really you much, iam telling this again cause i want u to always know that theres someone out there who is waiting for you.

Track isnt working out well, i wont explain why.Rugby was ok ystd, though it was a torture, jana gave us priceless faces, the face u normally see in WW2.Painful faces.But i think it would pay off real soon, the more we suffer, the more chances of us gonna win.
School is ok, so far so good, i want to have a clean start and be consistent all the way, though i am not doing any work at home other than homeworks.
I am suppose to be racing today, zad and az wanted to come down and suppport me, but swift had not signed me up for the races.I have decided to stop training and those track obsession stuff.I think its really crazy and dumb.Spending time with you after school is much more meaningful.

Finally gym-ed afta a week or so.This time gym at gombak club-fit not the stadium one.Saw khairil and his bro working out, chat some words.Then went to gombak stadium to watch the reactiv group train, were they slacking?
Saturday Night wedding at orchid country club.Fun! met alot of long lost cousins, so damn nice.Then danced till late, when my parents called it a day.Congrats to melvin and Bhavani, last long.

Oh gosh i am feeling so guilty cause i skipped gym for the pass 1 week.I feel as though i am cheating myself.Today again, i am skipping.Went to bukit batok CSC to swim with cousin bro ystd.I met someone last night and it was bad cause we made each others lives tough by being unfair and stuff, i think i shouldnt even have started this thing, so complicated.Sorry ___(u know the word)

Featured news, today's training.Did what is called the extended pyramid, consisting of 300m,250m,200m,150m,100m and 50m with 4min/walkback recovery.It sounded easy when coach said start with a slow pace and get faster.I started slow and by the time i reach 200m i was flat alr.With 3 more left, i pushed myself.Coach motivated me with words like no other.About next year and stuff.i pushed my self and the last 50m was so damn tiring, i was dying.I felt so fatigue till i vomited hard:( but trust me it felt great after vomiting.
I will be competing in two extra events next year, 80m and 150m.Would be running the two events for natl juniors and the usual 100m and 200m for natl schs.December is the wedding season so i would be attending one tmr morning and two next week:)planning to hit gym tmr.gd night guys,bye.I got race on the 19th btw.

My main aim now is to get myself in the Nats B div 100m finals, or maybe the 200m too.All i need is more strength,more speed endurance and of course speed!Did gym yesterday with coach huda and trg partner syafie.It was tough, i fell the effects this morning.Bt i guess its good for my muscles will get back stronger, i havent started track yet, most probably this saturday.Got to push myself though some workouts are instant killers and will mentally weaken you.If you want what you want, got push it.Lets work hard together, aefey.Asyraf is training for the b-building comp, can see him pushing hard.We have dreams to achieve.

Yesterday was SO FUN!i got to meet the scc7s international players!.I met and greet tthe south african vipers! I took photos with them,the pics are with khai and i got almost 20 autographs from diffrent player all over.
Saw a fight, the drunkard white men,mr jana came.Rhys was there.Saw a replica of habana, he signed my pass!I really enjoyed it overall.It was an honour to play in the scc7s.Not all schools were invited being the only neighbour school to make it to the cup semifinal.I am proud of our team!.I am starting to enjoy rugby!I dunno why,maybe its because i got my lens on.I dunno what gonna happen to track/my speed!BTW the pic taken above was with the ponsonby rugby club.

We Lost!we lost to tanglin trust school in the semifinal 19-5.Saints lost to NHS too.This means an all international schools final tmr.They were just too tough!We tried our best bt just couldnt break through their line.

Scc 7s was indeed fun, we topped or group.W e trashed acs barker 29-0 and we also trashed sji! cool man.Too bad acsi lost to NHS, just couldnt believe it but it did happen.So they are out of the cup catergory so its left with us(pioneer),saints,NHS and tanglin or UWC(united world college).
The padang was packed, it was filled with player and alot of Caucasians, tmr we will be expecting over a 1000 people crowd and supporters, just cant wait to get the ball in my hands.Went to kfc after 7s just now with mr jeremiah,zad and izwan.Bye peeps i just cant wait for tmr!

Hello peeps like what i said in my previous post, i really did burn greenridge.Tmr will the star for the prestigious SCC 7s we will be playing against acs barker and SJI.I really want us to win and make it to the semifinal and at least bring something back home, i will be goin on the wing and see whether i can do some magic.School today was boring, after school went to gym and swam with aefey,hanif and syabil.
Tmr i will be goin to school at eight, relax and canteen and den 930 leave to padang, i just cant wait! WISH ME LUCK!

Hello people.I think it has been 5 days since i last blogged.Yesterday was a blast!before i talk about yesterday, let me talk about friday.I went to town!first went to wisma then ngee ann city then to hereen,subway there and lastly headed to paragon.Spent 30 mins in the crumpler shop wanted to buy the backpack but after deciding for more then 30mins i decided not to, cause i thought its a waste.
Yesterday went straight to spectacle hut at jurong point and got my contact lens done, so i would say its contact lenses over crumpler.The main reason i got my contact lens done is because of rugby and track.I now believe i can play better rugby with my eyesight:}will update soon with pictures of my class bbq at ECP(maybe).I took 20mins to wear the damn contact lens on my left eye! kept dropping off

Finally i was granted permission to leave home.
Hello everybody, i think i took a long break not posting.Exams were over last thursday and saturday was deepavali.Cash collection wasnt great compared to last year.Using last years money i manage to buy myself a adidas spike shoe and a crumpler bag.I am planning to get a big crumpler bag this year,so i and Az met and went to eat first before heading to orchard ION and paragon.Met Aefey and Hanif, we didnt meet but we bang into them.They were finding for bags as well, i guess.At the crumpler shop at paragon, the price of the bags were complicated and strange, big bags were cheap and the not so nice bags were expensive,maybe my eyes were playing tricks on me.Bt i have planned to go ther with $300 so i could get the back pack.Woo~cant wait man.
Tmr school after a five day break,most probably we would be getting back our results,i am scared,nervous and anxious.wish me good luck and the pics were taken along the streets of orchard.XDXD

Yo peeps, went to G2000 and NET at jurong point with mum yesterday to buy some new clothes to deepavali.Pictures above, I spent about $180,I just cant wait to wear those clothes, but i will only able to after exams.Wanted to go to the library with AZ today but he has go raya with his parents.Exam starting this thursday, i just cant wait for it to end and of course i also want to do well in it so that i will be able to enjoy without feeling a sense of guilt.I will be having my english oral tomorrow.
School was ok today,got back my chemistry results and i got 14/20(not gonna talk about it).I stayed back after school for this E maths mock exam, we did paper 1 which i slept half way during the paper.After the paper the rugby boys from 3v7 was asked to stay back to do some revision by mr jana.We want us all to stay back for revision this whole week!damn!I think i will end my post here.Bye guys.

This is a picture taken on last years RSAF open house, there were many kinds of air planes ranging from the mighty apache to the stealthy f-16C.I manage to get an inside view of a chinook, which was huge like a container.
Today was the first day of term 4.Sch was ok, i went hme after school ate, got changed up and returned to school thinking there is rugby, but there werent any =_=".I later on contact asyraf and planned to go out.We went to jurong point to get a cover for his new samsung OMNIA.We later made our way to a food court at jurong west near hua yi secondary to buy some food for breaking fast.
As we made our way to Makan Shiok, the whole court was closed for renovation.We later went on to one ramadan bazaar under a block to buy some food.We later chatted all the way back in the bus.Kinda fun.Bubye ppl.

He came ,he samshed ,he danced.9.58s is the time to beat.Can anybody possibly beat that man.Tyson was infuriated ,could see that he wanted it alot,bt atleast he broke the US record.Asafa powell,gt bronze with 9.84.He was satified with it,he and Bolt danced later on.

Do u know how hard it is to run in the scorching sun?The sun just disappears when u know what u want to achieve..the amount of lactic acid u have in your legs,the pain u feel, u want give up but after u recover u know that u have taken a step to becoming better.That was exactly how i was feeling after today's workout.Did some flexibility drills+thug jumps over hurdles and 2 sets of drills consisting of alternate legs,then carried out with 120m-80m x 3,killer man this workout.What else have i got to say?rugby?we ought to play against acsi on wednesday.

nashimoto masaki is only 15 and he can cover the 10m in 10.65secs,i cannot believe this man.tats totally fast,i trained alone ystd since noone turned up.I did weights and speed.painful bt the feeling is good.i did bench,lunges,biceps and calves of all things i missed out abs,then i did flying starts and ended of with 120m.went to watch transformers on sun,i dunno why it didnt seem great to me as how others felt,buts it was nice.bored man and i am lazy to study bt gt to do it anw,if nt kena skinned alive.I have to go to bishan more often as my tuitions stationed ther,far man!ok i will take a break.

Evrytime i wan to blog,i just dun feel like it so today i force my slef to update,alot of things happened during the holidays,bt i dun think i would be able to blog about evrything today.I was in north india,new delhi from the 5th to the 21st,it was fun experience bt the weather is a scorching 38/42 degrees,i couldnt imagine life ther without shades man,lcky i brought mine,i visited the taj mahal which is one of the wonders of the world,its huge,its made of pure marble and semi precious jewels which looks like painting designs from far.Altogether i took 4 flights,all jet airways except one kingfisher.I also went on an elephant ride which is kinda nice bt it was a short ride along the streets.The food ther was ok,vegetarian cuising is easily available ther as ppl the ar mostly vegetarians.Overall it was a fascinating trip,i think the castles,palaces and olden day mosques were the highlight of the trip:)more pics ar available at facebook.

HI guys,damm bored at hme training today was cancelled cause of some time trail at gombak,must be some national team selection i guess.I had been experiencing losing for some time,its tough bt gt to move on.miss diana is the bomb,shes the best man,the first time i met her,i thought she was like some bigshot,arrogant..bt when time passed i realize shes kinda nice to study English with,haha.In training we have been doing alot of weights,and endurance training like 200mx8(deadly workout,bt i survived),i so want to run a race asap,i want to test my speed,my strength and my power!must do 11.7ET the next time i run the 100m..when i was young and my imagination had no limits,i dreamed of changing the world,as i grew older i realized that the world wouldnt change,and i decided to shorten my sights somewhat and change only my country,but it too seemed immovable.As i entered my twilight years,in one last desperate attempt, i sought to change my family those close to me,but alas tat also seemed having wigs flying higher than eagles,and now i lie down on my death bed and realize,that if i changed my self first,then by example i may have influenced my family and with their encouragement and support i may have bettered my country,and who knows i may have changed the world!

There are many reasons that keep you in the game. Reasons that keep you going on. Factors which make you still wanna train hard.

One good reason is to stay in the game. To be ahead. To be relevant. Even though you trailed last season, you still wanna make it next season. There is enough energy, both in mental and physical terms. You do not wanna be in the game over zone.

If you take a look around there's still a lot of work to be done unless you are the best.

And the road to being the best is special.

Just now was 1st allcomers at bukit gombak stadium.I ran the 100m,i finish 3rd with a phathetic time of 12.2secs.I expected 11secs i mean sub 12.Its ok its the first race only,thers one next month.

Tomorrow is the 400m.I am doomed tmr,they have accidentally put my name in the sub 52 secs catergory.confirm last.wish me speed endurance

ok,on saturday went to kl for rounding,i just about abit of thins i bought a rayban shades,billabong genuine leather wallet,the rest all crap stuff la.then miss training on sunday,and miss training on mon and again on tuesday,but today didnt miss haha but end up doin some painful 200m x 6!ok nt so bad la,i have done 8 before haha.
tuesday went to orchard to hang out and also to attend one public performance by hongkah sec band,saw faig ther,greeted him and took pics.And also went to starbucks to try out chocolate cream chip which elinas has recommended me to try,and btw its $7.80

Just came bck from training which i hate,speed endurance!
i came bck in car with kartik,joe(driver)ilyas,marcus and sumiko.we were listening to chinese songs and sumiko was singing haha.than we went to jurong point and got lost ther,cause of the new and old one combined,super big luh.and earlier before evrything happened i went bowling with theva,super fun i strike 3 times.quite good for a starter like me haha.SO LETS GO BOWLING!

VIVIAN TANG IS SINGAPORE'S FASTEST MARATHONER AND SETS NEW PB TO BOOT
The Padang, Sunday, December 7, 2008 - The minute she started jumping up and down, something was up. The last time Vivian Tang finished a race, the Women 10K, she was exhausted, head down, and muttering about being slow (it turned out the 10km was 400m longer).
But this time, she still had enough energy, after 42km, to do a little jig. A quick glance at the clock explained it - she broke her personal best (PB). Her PB time of 2:58 was set in the 2004 Berlin Marathon and the fastest she has ever run a marathon in Singapore is 2:59. Her time in the 2007 Singapore Marathon was 3:01:17.

this ar the pictures i took from today's standard chatered marathon.it was superb,amazing and inspiring,i saw many amazing ppl run,one without hands and another who was blind.all those nevr fail to inspire me to take up track seriously.i hope i can run next year,its not easy,10km is not as easy as it looks.i miss clara running,dammn i always miss her!

Can u believe it?we won raffles cand b division,i played for for c division though
and guess wat i scored twice,the last one was the best wen i run around raffles backline to score a try,but i seriously love them man,they ar soo good

Tired la dei haha,ystd go rupublic poly gym with atiqi,wah damm tiring sia,i wont explain any further and thers another gym session this saturday,damm cant go east coast as like i can but i would be late.atiqi say tat if iam consistent with my trainings and workouts i would be able to run sub 12 for the 100m next year.Just now had a rugby match against greenridge sec,i played with the sec 2's first and den for the sec 1's damm sec 1's i gt to do all the tackles it was tiring ya know.ok its wrap tired already.And one more thing tmr gt time trial for me,i running the 400m.hopefully i could run below 60 seconds.

I am a sprinter,i love sprinting,i aspire to be the best and evryday the people i meet nevr fail to INSPIRE me.

i have not trained as in like run since thursday,and i am itching to run and run races,i just cant wait for next years sports day,itching to trash _______ &______
training damm hard nowadays and i have nt touched any books since the last exam i did,and i am scared about next year i saw the chem book and its ******* hard.scary:(

MOMMY ITS OVER!!!

ystd was pioneers 15th anniversary(currently listening to forgive me by leona lewis super nice)at nus cultural centre.we the rugby boys did the haka,the finale was the best,we gt our face painted and tattoos all over our body so shiok,we all hated the rehearsals bt we loved the finale and wanted it again so much!!!after which what happend we went out to where everyone was,everyone were taking pictures of us,so many seriously.before everything happened early that morning i was bukit gombak stadium doin speed workout with atiqi,it was soo fun,next week we ar goin to take videos!!and we also talked about next years seasons and my events,he said i would be running 100m,200m,and 400m!!!i was like wat the...400m?ar u serious and all that bt he motivated me and he said just do it,and he also said the usain bolt was also a 400m runner at first before he converted to 100m and 200m.i just cant wait for next year ya know,i am training soo hard if i dont get to run in the the races next year i am gonna kill EVRYONE.hahahaha
